Has Russian qualification certificate to perform audit, member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants(CPA), MBA from University Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chausees (France). Since 1994 has worked in “Kept (previously part of KPMG's international network)” in Russia. Has extensive experience in the sphere of preparing financial statements under the Russian accounting principles, International Financial Reporting Principles and the US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for Russian companies and units of foreign companies. Mr.Altuhov has extensive experience in auditing consolidated financial statements of big Russian companies. Member of the National Accounting Standards Board of the NOFA Foundation since 2006.
