Sergey Epifanov
Head of Department for International and Consolidated Reporting of Lukoil Group

Graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. Member of ACCA (Association of Charted Certified Association, UK).
1997 – 2001 worked at audit department of KPMG, St. Petersburg. Has extensive experience in preparing and auditing financial statements under the Russian accounting principles, International Financial Reporting Principles and US GAAP.                                                                                                                
Since 2001 has worked at Lukoil Joint Stock Company. Participated in preparing IPO. At present – head of Department for International and Consolidated Reporting of Lukoil Group.

Member of the National Accounting Standards Board of the NOFA Foundation since October of 2011.
