Vladimir Galanyuk is Deputy Director of the Internal Audit Department of the Bank of Russia.

He graduated from Moscow State University, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Philosophy, Russian Academy of Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation in Finance, Taxes, Loan, Poltava Higher Military Command School of Communications. Vladimir holds a degree in Law as well as a PhD in Political Science. He has a class rank of Civil Service of the Russian Federation State - Counsellor of the Russian Federation of 2nd class. He received state and public awards for his work.

Vladimir Galanyuk has an auditor qualification certificate for the right to carry out audit bank audit. He passed through the studies at the Institute of Public Finance and Accounting, London, UK. Vladimir is a member of the working group of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions INTOSAI.
