Mikhail Kiselev
Member of the Managing Board of the NOFA Foundation Graduate of Kostroma State University of Technology in Accounting and Audit. In November 2000 passed an exam the US certified public accountant.
1996-1997 – coordinator for international and business links at Kostroma State University of Technology.
1998-2003 - consultant, senior consultant, manager Ernst & Young in Moscow.
2003-2004 – chief financial officer of VTB-Leasing OJSC.
Since 2003 – member of the NOFA Management Board, since June 2004  - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the NOFA Foundation.
From 2003 to 2005 Mikhail Kiselev performed the functions of co-chair of the Leasing Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia. He is a member of the Board of Experts under the State Duma Budget and Taxes Committee, member of the Committee for tax and budget policy of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, member of the Board of Experts and Consultants on evaluation under the Ministry of Economic Development.
