Irina Milukova, partner of HLB Univers-Audit, has extensive experience in auditing and consulting since 1996. She is a certified auditor, audit engagement partner of projects on financial statements prepared in accordance with Russian accounting standards and IFRS, as well as related audit services.

Irina is a member of the Commission for regulation of the audit activities of the Working Body of the Audit Council under the Ministry of Finance of Russia, a member of the Standards Committee of NP "IPAR".

The scope of her professional interests includes the development of auditing standards based on large international experience.

Irina Milukova graduated from Lomonosov’s Moscow State University. Currently she lectures to students of Economic Faculty of Lomonosov’s Moscow State University on Tax Accounting, Audit, Investment audit and Due diligence.
