ON FEBRUARY 20, 2014 MEETING OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE NOFA FOUNDATION WAS HELD

The decision was made on changes in structure of the Management Board and the National Accounting Standards Board.


On February 20, meeting of the Management Board of the NOFA Foundation was held at which the decision on changes in structure of the Management Board and the National Accounting Standards Board (NASB) was made.

 


The Management Board suggested the Board of trustees of the NOFA Foundation would comply with requests for resignation from Elena Avakyan, Dmitry Weinstein, Igor Komarov and Alla Saltykova. Board members unanimously voted for re-election for a new term as board members of Tatyana Krylova, Head of Department of the UN Conference on trade and development (UNCTAD) and Tatyana Sigareva, Finance Director of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Corporate University of Sberbank. As new Board members the nominees - Igor Buyan, Partner of Audit Department of Ernst & Young and Olga Papusha, Director of Audit Department of Deloitte & Touche CIS - were supported.


Also it was suggested that Board of trustees of the NOFA Foundation would comply with Oleg Askeri’s request for resignation from the NASB of the NOFA Foundation.


The Management Board members took into consideration Audit Report based on the results of the audit of the NOFA Foundation for 2013, and also approved JSC HLB Vneshaudit as the auditor of the NOFA Foundation for 2014.
