On December 17, 2013 a reception devoted to the 10 anniversary of the National Organization for Financial Accounting and Reporting Standards (the NOFA Foundation) took place in Marriott Royal Aurora hotel in Moscow.

Among those who came to congratulate the NOFA Foundation on the occasion of its 10th anniversary were Leonid Shneidman, Director of the Department of regulation of accounting, financial statements and auditor activity of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, Alla Gryaznova, President of Central Office of SRO NP "Auditor Chamber of Russia", President of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Evgeny Yasin, Research Supervisor of Higher School of Economics, Chairman of the Board of trustees the NOFA Foundation and many others.

Congratulations to the Foundation on its anniversary were sent by Warren Allen, President of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). It is noted in the greetings that the activity of the Foundation that facilitates the development of the accounting profession, is already recognized as leading in development of strong and steady organizations, financial markets and economy.

On behalf of Institute of Professional Accountants (IPB) of Russia its director Evgenia Koposova awarded an order of IPB to the Chairman of the Management Board of the NOFA Foundation Igor Kozyrev and a medal of IPB to the Director of the NOFA Foundation Irina Krasilnikova.
