The NOFA Foundation has prepared and submitted the comment-letter on ED of a Proposed IFRS for Small and Medium-sized Entities to IASB. This CL presents NOFA’s position on the issue under discussion.

At the meeting of the National Accounting Standards Board held by the NOFA Foundation on 27 September 2007, the discussion of the results of the Round table, organized by NOFA Foundation on 18 September, took place.

On September 18, 2007 the Round Table on Project Discussion «IFRS for small-sized and medium-sized enterprises» was organized by the NOFA Foundation.

The National Accounting Standards Board (NASB) has prepared and put for public comment a draft of comment letter on the Exposure Draft of a Proposed IFRS for Small and Medium-sized Entities.
